CTI's basic mission is to help self-funded health plan sponsors reduce annual claims expense and improve service in their health plans through audit and continuous quality improvement of the claims administration of their health plans. We are not accountants or benefits consultants who also audit claims, but rather team of claims professionals who have developed and bring unique claims audit and control techniques and systems to bear on behalf of our clients. Paired with the strength of our ideas, a strong work ethic and commitment to continuous quality improvement, it is this focus that has made CTI a market leader.
Of interest to us at this time are candidates for either auditor or manager level positions in our Des Moines Headquarters or the Northeast and Western U.S. If you have at least 10 years of health care claim administration experience with time spent as an examiner or supervisor; in quality control (Deming/Six Sigma) systems and procedures: in consulting or internal audit; or in systems analysis, we are interested in learning more about you.
Please e-mail your resume to CTI Vice President and Partner Pat Gagne at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are looking for partners to assist us in expanding our sales outreach in the Northeast and Western U.S. If you have a proven track record in high-level sales in the benefits or health care areas, we are interested in exploring employment or strategic partnering opportunities with you or your firm.
Please contact CTI Executive Vice President and Partner Russ Calkins at email@example.com.
